OSHA’s mission to “assure the safety and health of America’s workers” is mirrored by the complete suite of services that NetGain provides. The NetGain Clinic, located at 100 Union Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN, has been nationally accredited by Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) since 2002. The NetGain Clinic is professionally staffed with seasoned physicians, nurses and other state licensed medical professionals. The clinic houses a designated collection center that meets Department of Health and Human Services guidelines. NetGain has two certified Medical Review Officers (MROs) on staff with a combined total of 25 years of experience. Our MROs have reviewed over 50,000 drug test reports and are board-certified in occupational medicine. NetGain’s drug testing personnel are certified as collection professionals by DATIA. Additionally, NetGain also has licensed psychologists to conduct psychological testing and assessments associated with fitness-for-duty criteria. NetGain, in accordance with the standards set forth by OSHA, performs the following essential fitness-for-duty functions:
