In maintaining security on construction sites, NetGain provides escorts to ensure the compliance to all safety and security federal and local regulations. NetGain provides the required Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) training to all escorts.

Additionally, NetGain provides ES&H trained security escorts through an agreement with the Knoxville Building Trades Council. NetGain Corporation works with the Laborers Union to maintain and hold clearances. NetGain Corporation has experience working with 16 different labor unions and two security guards unions in the area. NetGain has a close affiliation with the Knoxville Building and Construction Trades Council (KBCTC) and understands labor staffing plans and union referral procedures. NetGain Corporation has provided quality security, substance abuse prevention and employee assistance program services to the KBCTC since 1998.

NetGain also has experience working with two guard unions in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

NetGain Corporation provides pre-employment screening which includes drug and alcohol testing for escorts to ensure that employees are compliant with all federal and local regulations. The drug and alcohol testing can be conducted at the NetGain Oak Ridge Clinic location at 100 Union Valley Road in Oak Ridge. which has been nationally accredited by the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) since 2002. Additionally, NetGain offers a mobile drug and alcohol testing laboratory which can be dispatched to any location. In addition to pre-employment screening, NetGain also operates and monitors data management for escorts’ security clearance information, badging and access control.

As an additional service provided in construction security, NetGain also offers canine detection teams. Through various subcontractor relationships, NetGain can provide an Explosive Detection Dog team (EDD) with detection/deterrent capability on construction sites. This added element of security further protects the property and personnel of our clients in the construction industry.
