NetGain provides many components of personnel security. We offer background investigations complete with reference checks, motor vehicle record checks and credit checks. We also provide clearance processing services, such as completing Questionnaire for National Security Positions (QNSP) forms, writing clearance justifications, and adjudications. NetGain also offers data management services including monitoring badging information via databases.

Also included in NetGain’s Personnel Security services is a complete Human Reliability Program (HRP) that coincides with 10 CFR 712. The HRP is designed to evaluate whether or not individuals who apply for or occupy certain positions critical to our national security and worker and community safety are fit to perform the duties for which they are responsible. NetGain provides the following services as part of its extensive HRP program:

NetGain provides MRO services for its Drug and Alcohol Testing program that are DATIA-certified, and NetGain uses SAMSHA-certified laboratories to process these tests.
